Limited 25 Year Warranty:

If your Pak-Lite is defective in materials or craftsmanship, simply return your Pak-Lite to us. We will repair or replace at our option. E-mail or Call for return number before returning any merchandise and do not return the battery.  A copy of a sales or invoice receipt is required when returning merchandise. If it's been over a year since your purchase or you do not have your receipt,  please include $2.82/item for return shipping. Warranty is void if Pak-Lite has been modified, altered, or abused. The Battery is not covered under this warranty. This warranty covers only the Pak-Lite Flashlights, and there is no warranty or returns for accessories.
